To request a transcript or copy of diploma:

• Provide name used while at FCA

• Provide graduation year

• Provide destination of transcript

Transcripts are sent directly to the institution.

Allow 10-15 days processing

Accounts must be cleared and all requirements fulfilled prior to transcript or diploma copy being released.
